AI automation company

The work that eats your day, automated.

We build AI that takes repetitive work off your plate. The first thing most owners hand us is the phone: they miss about a third of their calls, roughly $4,800 a month going to whoever picked up instead, so our AI answers every one and books the job. That's one example of what we build.

Veteran-founded. Based in York, Pennsylvania.

What we build

Pick the work you'd rather not do. We build the AI for it.

Custom Automation Live

The receptionist is the thing we productized. It's not the only thing we build. Most of what eats an owner's week follows a pattern, and patterns are what automation is good at. If a task is repetitive and predictable, there's usually a way to hand it off.

A few examples of what that can look like:

  • Review requests that go out after a job, to build up your Google reviews
  • Appointment reminders that cut down no-shows
  • Follow-ups on open quotes so they don't go cold
  • Every lead logged and sent to you automatically, with a weekly summary of what came in

Tell us the task that's eating your time. We'll look at how your business runs and scope what we'd build for it.

Common questions

The stuff we get asked most.

Will my customers know it's AI?+

Yes, and we think they should. We tell callers up front they're talking to a virtual assistant. Most don't care. They just want their problem handled, and pretending otherwise breaks trust fast.

What if it gets something wrong?+

Every call is logged with a full transcript. You review the activity, especially in the early going, and we tune the prompts as we learn your business. You see exactly what it said and stay in control of how it handles anything.

What does setup involve?+

We start with discovery, build it for how your business actually runs, then run a soft launch you review call by call before it goes fully live. We give you a clear scope on the first call.

Does it work with my scheduling software?+

Today we book into Cal.com and Google Calendar, and we can connect most other tools through their API. Deeper native integrations are something we build as demand warrants.

What happens after I reach out?+

We get back to you and set up a short call to learn your setup, then scope what we'd build. No sales team, no slide decks.
