These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VERTEX OPS services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

VERTEX OPS provides AI-powered call answering, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling services for home services businesses. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding
• Maintain valid payment information
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding your business operations
• Inform us of any changes to your services, hours, or pricing

Payment Terms

• Setup Fee: $1,500 one-time fee due before service activation
• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly in advance
• Refund Policy: 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month if not satisfied

Service Limitations

Our AI system is designed to handle routine calls. We are not responsible for:

• Missed business opportunities due to caller behavior or system limitations
• Inaccurate information provided by callers
• Service interruptions beyond our control

Emergency Calls

Our AI is programmed to direct callers experiencing real emergencies (medical, fire, safety) to call 911 or appropriate emergency services. We are not an emergency response service.

Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted unless otherwise required by law.

Limitation of Liability

VERTEX OPS liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
