What happens to my phone number if I cancel?+

Your number is yours. It ports back to you on cancellation, free. We never hold numbers hostage.

How does emergency routing work?+

You configure your emergency rules (keywords like "burst," "flooding," "no water," "sewer backup") and on-call rotation. The AI triages severity, pages the right tech with full transcript, caller address, and a GPS link, and confirms the booking with the caller before the call ends.

What about freeze-event surge?+

The system handles concurrent calls with no queue. Core covers up to 200 calls a month, Growth 750, and Scale up to 2,000, with higher volume scoped to your operation. Overage is charged per call with no surprise bills, and you get an alert at 80% of your cap so you can upgrade before hitting the limit.

Can it quote service-call rates?+

We configure your standard dispatch fee and diagnostic fee into the AI. For repair estimates it says the plumber will give an exact quote on site after diagnosing the issue, same as your CSR would.

Are calls recorded? Who owns the data?+

Yes, calls are recorded with the TCPA-required disclosure at the start. All recordings, transcripts, and caller data are yours, with full export on cancellation. Default retention is 90 days, configurable.
